...u irated and they dont deserve that position. In our batch there were 21 people. 16 of us resigned after the salary the reason being our TL and AM. Not a good comapny at all to work with. Highly disappointed.

Met technologies runs scam. It scams the customers and their staffs. Their salary date is 10th and you may(subjected to management's mood especially Nandini Gupta) loose it if you are absent in the first 10 days. The company deducted PF and ESI money but never let anyone know if there was a PF or ESI number. You would never get an experience letter unless you are a very good licker.. they have their scam network spread worldwide. I have the entire information. Please feel free to contact me anytime.

Management is not good.they deduct salary without reason they will promise you that they will increase your salary but won't. Even in this field every company is giving good incentives to the employed.but this company is not giving good incentive.incentives are terrible.delaying salary date is being happens every time.they do stretching every time.I am a star performer of this company.I always overachieve my target 3 times more than my target I hits every time but am nt getting proper incentive.

Throughout covid 19 lockdown, layoffs are going on, deduction on salary, and for few no salary. Management is not supportive to the employees at all. Company Policy is not good.

Terrible Salary Payment, They never pays salary in time. Unusual deduction from Salary in the name of penalty with poor reasons . Bad behavior of Management, steels employee's PF and ESI contributions. They runs scams world wide. No career growth. Only higher management people gets their right compensation. It's a family run business. All the higher management are from Family of Mr. Kunal Gupta (MD) or they are close friend of him. So if you are not a relative or friend of them you will be hammered there in terms of everything. So DO NOT JOIN...
