No job security. Too much office politics. Senior takes all credits. Old employees above 10years thinks themselves as MD of the company. No work life balance. HR have no work except checking attendance. They even don't know company policies. Marwari family run company hence their decision is the main. Marwari work culture. Accreditation rate is very high. No training to the Employees. No good work recognitions. Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm work timing.

Good brand, well cultured promoters, decent salary, good incentives. Work culture is ethics driven. Nic company to work for.

Dislikes

I am working with the company for three years mow and I didn't find anything to dislike more than it would have been with any other good company. So, there is nothing exceptional to dislike in Merino.

1. Nothing to learn new. 2. Worst work culture. 3. Salary Date is not fixed. 4. Full of Politics 5. GM is main culprit in Kolkata. 6. Group issues. 7. Backdated company

It is the good place to learn work. Teammates are highly supportive. Salary and incentives can be grow / revised further .

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Maintaining the balance between personal and professional life is very tough.

Nam bada darshan thoda. Those worked more than 10-15 years they feel and treat others as MD. Behaviour also very rude. Also some senior teams involved on wrong practice. People also trained such a way they also put CEO in pressure, finally he left merino .
