Dislikes - Sexist management, Heavy Politics, Office Culture, Learning becomes stagnant, Low Salary, No Benefits, Super strict work hours, basically this place is an extension of school, you won't feel like you're in corporate now.

It's a good company to work with but not a great pay master. The company takes care of employee well being alot.

Dislikes

As I have mentioned it's not a great pay master. Good for beginners and who want to stay for a longer period of time with less salary and no major growth.

...here are no hidden deductions in CTC except Tax and PF. Free cab and free lunch. Yearly bonus. Trainings

Dislikes

Repeated work. In my department, managers are not involved in actual processing and in some cases they don't even know how to process. All they do is "MANAGING" which results in repeated time-sheets and other unnecessary admin work. Learning is very less.

Likes

They provide free cab and meals. Performance pressure is average in the role that i'm in. There is flexibility in changing your shifts. They give opportunity for colleagues to get involved in Learning & Development agenda.

Dislikes

...e of the same in the role i'm performing, as it's not a typical operations role. Pay levels are low as compared to industry standards. Opportunities to move within the organisation to other roles/geographies is limited.

Likes

Decent work life balance. Free transport and food (credits provided in app for each day you come to office) Like a government company, it has good job security. Multiple people here with 10+ years on the job.

Dislikes

... after joining because job description gives a false sense of high quality work. Below average salary. Unusually high level of corporate politics and favouritism atleast in investment team. Attendance taken everyday like in school. People with lot of experience in this firm are actually stuck here because they never got their skills developed (copy paste doesn't require any skills) so firm hires them. Also, managers are absolutely incompetent. Also, 3 MONTH NOTICE period to curb attrition.
