This was my 1st Job, it will be always special for me because of its low salary package, real time work experience and moreover the colleagues/seniors are very much inspired individuals bagging years of experience. Company policies are not good,appraisals are not fair and they not give salary hike every year.there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue and career growth is slow
