I have no problem in this company. They gives us salary in time. Food and accommodation is also good but site to site it's depending upon there food culture.

I complete 2 year 7 months service in meil.No increment from 2 year 7 months.company remove 3000 employees on August month with 3 days notice Period.November month Company remove manufacturing unit -2 employees.company remove employees more than 18 years experience on meil group also.not given preference to old&new employees.Company recruitment for new employees.after completion of project remove employees.Please avoid this company.

...imal is better than meil group.small builder company is better than meil group .Hide salary deductions more in meil group.If ctc 50,000.employees recieve net salary only 38000.

...hey seems themselves above accountability, exploiting their perceived influence. they never pay the last month salary any other entitlements if you left. unprofessional management

Salary credit in around 7 th date in the month.

Increment in every 2years not in a year, Higher authority staff only looking for work and then they not looking for employee hikes. Company takes GETs with good package. Present GETs gets highest package than experienced senioer staff.

Less work load, relax job, salary on time, who works more get more work. Who don't do work nobody gives them work. Good for-people with family. Accommodation and food provided by company Transportation provided by company.

Work culture is bad Only telgue speaking people dominate every site even in north. No recognition of person doing hard work. Credit taken by seniors only. Appraisal system is broken here. You never get to know when appraisal will be given. Mostly appraisal done in 2-3 year with only 5-10% increments in salary. Increment done based on favouritism not on performance. Mostly telgue employees take the more increment. And also get promotion prominently. Not suitable of north indian. Unless If the higher management is north indian. AP-TS GA’s are worst politics in whole megha.
