Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ... nepotism, castism, regionism, favorism,... Etc all types of negative isms here. If one is brave enough to join Megha make sure to ask atleast 100% hike on your current package so you have atleast one good thing to say about.
