Worst management, there is a DY Manager the name of namdev bhosale he not suitable for that post. If you go in his under process, your life will spoil. He is very lier person, he committed every for our satisfaction but in real no any get results from him. Same other manager and upper management every time are busy to pull feet of each other. I'm suggesting you don't go here and don't do your life spil here.

Very low salary, team management not proper, worst manager. mail room process (claim merging/merging)is very worst process, plz don't go in this process. you don't get any opportunity in this company. I never heard this process in other company it's like radhi wala kaam doing you. plz i told you don't joined this company. some employee in this company very G**d and l**d chatu of the manager. in this process you don't get any knowledge, even 10-12 years of kids do this work, very useless process in world and worst process. Lot of things. Like in this company they don't see your efforts. At the time of appraisal they had given every member of my team a rating of 3. How is it possible whole team getting same rating?

...frastructure to ensure business continuity. NO employee has been asked to leave. NO Pay-cuts. Salaries credited ONTIME. Alternate assignments were offered to employees whose existing projects were impacted because of the pandemic.

1) The organization started in the year 2014 and was excellent. The old management cared for their employee and took every decision keeping the employees in mind considering how it would effect them. The management are just TASK masters, Hunters everyone filled with EGO. 2) The new management is absolutely rubbish and they care about money and filling their own pockets even if they have walkover employee lives. 3) The old HR manager was excellent and cared for his resources. The new HR manager is a lady and does not know anything in fact she does not not even excel (this is with regards to a recent query that i had asked her). 4) Most of the employees stay back as they don't have any other option in the market. 5) There is no learning, no upskilling, no external vendor training in the organization. 6) If you want to make a mess of you career, please join this organization. 7) The high rating on Google and Ambition box are all fake . Employee are made to give good ratings by making them fill the reviews in front of the HR
