Nothing to like here. All employees are pressurised by their managers. Main manager is PK he is pressurise all employees. He gave WFH only to their employees like A mishra. AM is giving all internal information to PK. So don't be close with him. WFH only allowed him almost 8 months. But others can't. AM takes more appraisal but he didnot do anything. Salary On Time. Managers are very supportive. Every time they are ready to Help. Architect will also trained multiple technical skills. Must join if you get a chance. Architect always help and try to developer to increase the skill set. My Journey is awesome with MDINETWORX. As a Developer I am learner and they are supportive. Thanks to my Manager, Architect and all Team members.

nothing World no.1 third class company award goes to Mdi networx pvt Ltd. Very low salary, team management not proper, worst manager. mail room process (claim merging/merging)is very worst process, plz don't go in this process. you don't get any opportunity in this company. I never heard this process in other company it's like radhiwala kaam doing you. plz i told you don't joined this company. some employee in this company very G**d and l**d chatu of the manager. in this process you don't get any knowledge, even 10-12 years of kids do this work, very useless process in world and worst process.
