... Life at Mazars was terrible before covid and became miserable during covid. 1. Before covid also, the Company wasn't paying salaries on time, there used to be delay on 10-15 days. They had no infrastructure in place including basic requirements of consultants ie. laptops 2. During covid, they announced steep pay cuts immediately after country wide lockdown was announced in Mar 2020 and it has more than a year, ppl are still on pay cuts and the reduced salary payment is also made subject to the respective team generating cash surplus which eventually means the Co is treating employees like Partners who would be salary only if they bring revenue. The senior management does not understand basic difference between fixed pay Employee and risk-reward sharing Partner. 3. They gave assurances to every employee that pay cuts are temporary, however, never kept their words and in fact later denied such claims also 4. Any employee who questioned the management was treated like a criminal by senior management and HR
