The amount of workload put on to the employees on daily basis for more than 12-13 hrs with merely 5-10 mins break taken can actually turn any person into an hardworking and an all rounder :)

... of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and they were biased. Salary paid was very less and it was not at all justified with the amount of work given. Food served in cafeteria was a risk to human health. The on job training was aswell not proper.

Because Marriott have friendly environment where we feel like another our home which is away from our home & here senior treat equally to all staff..no1 staff use abusive language to other which I like most

Salary is not provided UpTo the mark....and supply are not provided in adequate quantity in HK like linen so it effect on work due to this guest suffer...manager know about it well bt despite of this they scold us when guest complain

...y for who ever near to the the hotel good for them not for out of city or state. Very basic salary, Only entry level associate will get overtime, not for supervisor level.

Everybody nature is great our manager HR other department everybody is good in his work and minor things of employees will be tc by seniors

About health card when I hospitalized I will pay whole bill then it's reimbursed
