I like companies innovation tht they bring in every 6 months. The quality they sold to customer, the service which they provide I love to saw the happiness on customer faces. Through this they make a good impressions. I like the working environment, team mates, people always ready to help on every situation. Great experience with the company policy specially for pregnant employees, rehire policy. I love to be apart of good team. Thank you MNS

Growth is slow. Rating system in appraisal is not satisfying. If we compare the work with salary it's not balanced. Though I have got many appreciation from customers through mails but still managers unnoticed no appreciation certificate from company as well. That hurt me alot.

I OVER IT THEY WILL ASK MONEY FROM YOU ..I LEFT THE JOB FOR MEDICAL ISSUE AND THEY SAID YOU HAVE NOT SERVED NOTICE PEROIID THATS WHY THEY CANT CLEAR THE FNF....HOPSITAL SE UTH KR STORE JA KR NOTICE PERIOD KRTE TO WO MERA FNF Release krwa dete...they are out of there mind...koi banda serious Hal Mai hospital ke bed se uth kr notice period serve krta...

Some of superiors use their power in very bad way towards their employees, they take such things in personally and take revenge from their employees,they thinks we are slave not the company employees

...th/quarter/year. The manager will say you are not good enough of a sales person. Absolutely toxic environment at the Goa Store, please think thrice and do not fall for the salary and 2 week offs. In the end of the day it's your mental health that will be on the line, as it is there's alot of physical work which is not an issue but the mental stress combined with the physicality of the job will get to you.
