...l due to marks and Spencer. There is a emotional attachment I feel now with m&s. Salary they offering to staff is good. But there should little bit more.

Nothing. I think in every field, there is little bit discomfort. Because in every job you have to face challenges. Any way life is already a challenge so if we will start searching negative things we can not grow up in our life. So just focus on positive things and talk about solutions only, if something is wrong thini about solution. Never try to search negative things ,if there is nothing negative things are appearing.

Some of superiors use their power in very bad way towards their employees, they take such things in personally and take revenge from their employees,they thinks we are slave not the company employees

...th/quarter/year. The manager will say you are not good enough of a sales person. Absolutely toxic environment at the Goa Store, please think thrice and do not fall for the salary and 2 week offs. In the end of the day it's your mental health that will be on the line, as it is there's alot of physical work which is not an issue but the mental stress combined with the physicality of the job will get to you.
