.... and salary increment is not good only we r getting 800 in yearly increment ...we r missing bonus it should me in yearly....so pls humble request if pl r not managing to give pls give proper weekoff that is fine it not single weekoff again again..... what is the yous of 75 pl and we r not getting leave planer sheet antill each individual go and ask fr planer ...... sorry msg is long r you got hurt but this is the true showing one but not given.........thank q

Salary/ appraisal strucktre is not good. They cut your HRA and add to basic salary. So according to this formula only your basic increases every year but not increases you total salary.
