Mahindra finance job is very stable job having good experience and every employee is well trained have good knowledge about their job,when you work in office staff we gain all vertical knowledge like how to do collection and handle them getting knowledge of how to do bussiness where to get bussiness,cash handling,files handling lots of experience

In account works less salary and benefits in small branch having good cash flow and work but too less salary per annum no more hike also working for long term but not taking as onroll

Work culture is very bad.Office also open on Sunday, salary is very low,there is lack of corporate culture,company is understaff,there is no proper infrastructure.

Job security, on time salary, company promotes internal job hirings , not very stressful culture, good for people who are looking for stability and not a very creative job profile

Very slow growth Monotonous Salary structure way below industry standards Branch and regional offices culture is not healthy, as company never kicks out on role employees, most of the workforce is outdated and promoting government offices like culture, even if they are not doing anything, they just need to come to office everyday, sit back, gossip and kill the time

The company is good company where you can learn about business and collection. Employees are friendly and you will get good salary and hike. Only problem is work life balance which you can't handle well when you work in MMFSL

Company norms is good ,but managers working style is bad,as they are very seniors in this company they are working in old fashion,their decision making is poor,other than that HR policies & company norms & team mate's are very good and supportive.

Compensation is decent,no recognition for work,no work life balance.no team outings,no interaction between team members,no proper guidance by manager
