Mahindra finance job is very stable job having good experience and every employee is well trained have good knowledge about their job,when you work in office staff we gain all vertical knowledge like how to do collection and handle them getting knowledge of how to do bussiness where to get bussiness,cash handling,files handling lots of experience

Every policy is the worst. All the employees are made to join on off roll but there is no policy to make them on roll, there is no fixed time for coming and leaving, office timing is from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm but you have to come before time and at closing time you have to come at 8 am and there is no fixed time for leaving. Office isopen till Sunday.
