Magus developed my knowledge and skills but they did not give a correct salary it's to less compared to other company 8 hours job plus 1 hour break totally 9 hours but the salary is too less .but one thing you can develop communication skills and knowledge

The company is open to customer care and sim verifications. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that sim verifications. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee of this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, i have to work 10 - 12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend verification's calls into the evening. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

from there I got opportunity to enhance my communication skills and client handling that's helped me to be confident during talk with others.

that time I was worked over there my team leader was not supportive to all. they only pay attention to their own peoples only.

Liked friendly behaviour, salary credit without delay, company maintenance, company environment and facility and department information system and cooperation.

Dislikes

No salary increment, high level posting and cab services.

The company was good and in that company was so many process. And all team leader , managers and HRs was good. In this company thousends of ajents and workers

In this company salary was less and mobile phones was not alove inside and there was no transport facility in this company.
