Hello Cognizant guys I have Exact 7 yrs of Exp in Java field I am expected to get Offer letter of 25LP Fixed +70k Variable with Cognizant = 25.7LPA Position is - Senior Associate Can you tell me is pay range less ? ...gnment. Infrastructure in Mumbai is worst, though it itself tops in this domain. Salary Hikes are negligible and always delayed atleast by 3months.

Training, which will completely deponds on you how early you learn, and good support from pears.

Compensation: which you paid as a daily labour. Higher Management: Your efforts won't get recognised, Projects: Freshers won't get exposed to client, Learnings: There is no specific Classroom traing will be provided it completely deponds on how you learn from online. Employee benefits: Nothing from Mindtree everything is money the company loots from their employees.

Free Food, Free Transport because of Microsoft project. Mindtree doesn't give you anything for free not even a company bag or T-Shirt.

Discrimination in rating, H1B processing, no fun, very bad attitude of managers, never pay SLA bonus on time, They don't give you last year's SLA bonus if you resign. Bench policy is getting worse because of HR's poor attitude.
