... supports those policies. No town hall meetings to hear about from employees. They get more revenues every quarter and they are pride about it, but they don’t give good salary hike. The workforce team is very poor, they don’t care about people in Bench. Even if there are people in the bench with Matching skill sets, they don’t onboard them instead they newly hire from outside then give higher package. They hire people even though there are no matching projects for their skill sets, and put them in bench for 6 months, later they ruin their life by terminating them.

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

The company culture is exceptional, with top management always ready to assist. There are abundant learning Opportunities, and employees are highly motivated to develop their skillsets.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, appraisal process is lacking, with minimal salary hikes.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.
