There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.

Everything is good here apart from salary and hikes. The management under Media and Entertainment is very friendly and supportive. There is no work pressure and it depends on projects.

Salary and hikes. A little improvement in salary and hikes should be made so that it will be boost employees to give more to the company

1. It has been identified that the employees working on customer location didn't get the feeler of brand due to lack of basic amenities and logistics and no audit towards such facilities. 2. Reimbursement for the expenses made by employee takes longer and even sometimes didn't even processed and no one is even care about the same. 3. Most of the time HR people just takes the feedback and done. No resolution of the issues provided.

Salary increments and bonus are often cited as areas needing improvement.

You will get ample opportunity to learn. Anyone can make best utilization of the study portal. Also, there are wonderful leaders whom you can learn from. Multiple onsite opportunity.

Nothing much except, can have better Salary benefits for the long timers in organization as laterals gets more Salary.
