No free time for self learning Company demanding to work from office twice a week Salary is not upto the mark( if you are technically strong, then its a chance to bargain more) No work life balance (3 shift support) Poor management Do or die attitude.management expectation is No escalation from client.( For support projects) If you support for weekends no cash benefits Above feedback based on my 4 months experience.

No join security All projects are short term. If we prepare same way we are preparing for internal we would have recieved easy 50% hike and shift the job

Nothing much than free dinner who are working in shifts. In my case my client is very good.I wish it was my working company rather LTI.

... doing.He only has concerns about timesheets filling at the end of the month. No extra perks,even not much variable pay even if it includes in a salary.laptops are worst of quality. Most of the projects are in shifts.

Able to learn multi tasking skills. If you comes in experience management roles, you can able to prove yourselves.

... client calls. For non-speaking Hindi employees it will be a tuff to understand. Lots of internal politics and no salary hike and not salary according to the standards but they will juice up anything.
