Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

Salary is on time. Great place if you want to settle down for a long period of time.

Very bad appraisal policy. Appraisal cycles change without informing the employees. Very bad leave sick leave policy.

No salary hike but job satisfaction is there with respect to work but -ve in salary.

Average and stable service based company with not so great benefits but will pay you good. There is absolutely no risk to your job even if you don't deliver anything on the job. Everything else depends on the client and your manager. They have all big clients in BFS BU.

...ths would be troublesome unless you join the project as nobody is bothered here. Pathetic payroll management system.

Moreover, LTIMindtree is one of the few companies where I feel confident about job security, which has provided me with a stable and supportive work environment. The managers I've worked with have been more than just supervisors, they have been great mentors. Their guidance has not only helped me grow professionally but also personally, shaping me into better leader and individual.

...ost-COVID has been also noticeable and has affected the overall employee morale. Moreover, there have been no bonus phases for employees and introducing reimbursement options for internet usage and also for any external courses, would be greatly beneficial. The cessation of the Employee Motivation Fund after COVID, which previously supported team lunches/dinners and outings has impacted team building and could be a major factor in encouraging more employees to return to office.
