Average and stable service based company with not so great benefits but will pay you good. There is absolutely no risk to your job even if you don't deliver anything on the job. Everything else depends on the client and your manager. They have all big clients in BFS BU.

...ths would be troublesome unless you join the project as nobody is bothered here. Pathetic payroll management system.

I have had the privilege of working with LTIMindtree for the last 6 years, and my journey here has been incredibly rewarding. One of the aspects I appreciate most about LTIMindtree is the continuous opportunity for skill development. Over the years, I have seen a significant positive growth in my abilities, which has been instrumental in advancing my career. Moreover, LTIMindtree is one of the few companies where I feel confident about job security, which has provided me with a stable and supportive work environment. The managers I've worked with have been more than just supervisors, they have been great mentors. Their guidance has not only helped me grow professionally but also personally, shaping me into better leader and individual.

Dislikes

...ost-COVID has been also noticeable and has affected the overall employee morale. Moreover, there have been no bonus phases for employees and introducing reimbursement options for internet usage and also for any external courses, would be greatly beneficial. The cessation of the Employee Motivation Fund after COVID, which previously supported team lunches/dinners and outings has impacted team building and could be a major factor in encouraging more employees to return to office.
