I had amazing experience with Mindtree.Be it be Project wise or Management,my journey with Mindtree was just amazing.Had lots of learnings,got a good Team, Manager . Everything was good damn good.

Dislikes

Management hesitates to give more package to current employees, instead are okay with replacing employees and hiring new employee giving more package.

It is an excellent company if you are starting your career as a fresher. Job roles are quite interesting. There will be various opportunities to grow and excel in different fields if you are joining in senior roles. Company offers lots of online training and certifications as well.

Dislikes

... so good. 3) Hikes are based on your ratings and totally depends on your manger. And as said without recognition and appreciation salary hike are good and you'll feel demotivated. 4) No option for choosing project by yourself if you are a fresher. 5)LTI policies are not good or appreciable, lots of improvement is needed and leave policies are worst manager will not let you to take leave even if you have lots of earned leaves.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.
