I Like the services and infrastructure of the company, specially Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Good Job security.

Dislikes

As per the industry norms, the salary disparity prevails between a long-term employee and lateral joiner. Promotion and appraisal received very less for continuous 2 years.

Likes

Enhanced job security. Excellent opportunity to learn various technologies through multiple training sites & sessions from senior architects on the latest tech stack. LTIM provides multiple vouchers & certification's such as Microsoft & Amazon, helping employees upgrade & certify their skills. Engaging Projects. Flexibility to work from multiple locations.

Dislikes

Minimal salary increases in past 2 years. Decline in leaves & other HR policies over the past 2 years.

Great Work Culture, work life balance is also manageable Mentors & Managers are also very helpful, reachable.

Dislikes

There is minimum salary hike, the employees who work from long time, their salary structure is not being revised. We get very less appraisal.

On time salary Good infrastructure Flexibility Hybrid Mode If u join here after 3 yrs of work experience it's good..even I can see some of my seniors here for more than 10 years in same company..they are not much talented but they will do ok but not exceptional they are also getting some respect from my perspective.

Appraisal Heard negative about job security and politics I havent faced anything.

Too much politics.HR are very rude and play the politics with employees.Also make the difference with employees on religion basis.They don't even know the policies of company.There is no job security.Bench time is very strict.Company has no long duration projects.HR and manager always blame on employees.There is communication gaps and HR not respond to employees emails.Poor appraisal.
