Employees are like Orphans here, nobody cares about them 9. No Employee engagement or team level activities, No Family day or Annual day celebrations 10. Poor work life balance

Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
