6hrs a day is big challenge Salary structure are very rigid Now a days job security is big concern here as lots of project are very short-term around 6 months No work satisfaction Company rules and regulations are very against employees Companies liability people who makes rules are more than asset people who actually making money People like HR, Payroll are unknown to the world and very hard to chase Bench strength is growing and employees struggle to find new secured project

Overall work culture and work life balance.

Dislikes

You need to show great patience when it comes to salary revision and promotions. Initially 3-4 or 5 year may be. Also the communication are not very upfront related to changes in process of appraisals and compensation revision cycles

Relaxed manager as no one cares about work all are spending time to get salary

Dislikes

1. No growth 2. No career development plan or discussion 3. Job grade and salary are not standard lots of variation 4. People with old ideas are on top so dont expect change in work culture

Some what work life balance. Salary credit on time.

Dislikes

Bad policy. Bad seperation process. Not employee friendly. Bad work culture. No where in a competition with top 10 IT farm. No good projects. There are lots but just highlighted few.

Very good work life balance especially for women. WFH options are appreciable. Getting new projects immediately after the previous project ends.

Dislikes

Not happy with the salary hike percentage and it is not happening timely.
