Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

Employees on the bench are left to find projects on their own, and if they remain unallocated for more than 60 days, they are pressured to resign. There have also been instances where managers made employees work without billability on tasks during bench period assuring him billability. Those dont count in work, eventually leading to layoffs. 2. Poor Communication from Higher Management: Higher management offers minimal support, and employees must independently resolve issues or seek guidance, making processes inefficient and frustrating. 3. Unsatisfactory Compensation and Career Growth: Pay increments are below industry standards, and promotions are rare. Hard work is seldom recognized or rewarded, discouraging employees from going the extra mile. 4. Limited Project Diversity: The majority of assignments involve support roles or body shopping, with very few full-fledged development opportunities.
