...ed to you. They keep finding some reasons for not to pay your promised variable. No salary hikes at all, I have completed my third year without any salary hike.

No perks No facilities other than CTC Need lot of approvals for minor benefit like dinner for second shift or 20 rs. Snack No appraisal just documentation They literally don't shy to re-release your offer Letter again as increment letter after 20 months of your billable hard work You have to work with pschyo managers who keep ignoring you if you reach out to them and can call you anytime over a phone when he needs you No corporate lunch or outing Nothing man just work and go home

Salary is most crucial part of our life because at the end for fulfilling our everyday necessity we need money. I dislike the salary increments and appraisals at L&T Infotech. It's the worst part of being working at LTI :_(

Overall good company, salary on time no delays, better policies in terms of everything.

not a good company to join as a fresher, to start career with! No communication/synchronisation between different departments within company.
