Everything is fine unless and untill if you are billable for them

Dislikes

...period crosses 90 days then they ask employees either for resign or termination. Once they terminate the employees they don't pay salary with regards to the notice period. This is actually not good policy for a reputed company. In terms of job security, I would say your job is secure unless and untill you are billable for them.

Was good when it was LTI, When mind tree comes to the picture Pathetic No hikes no salary increment and joined for same package as in my previous company. And rules are hectic!
