Lot of politics inside the project and not good work force team assigning projects the people who are all in bench last moment they will call tell us tomorrow is your last working day happened to my friend. Hr team also support politics management people not to support employees its really very bad .

No available projects still they keep hiring new members and put them on bench. Although bench policy is of 6 month but within 2 months HR will tell you that we don't have much opportunities inside our organisation try to search outside and ask about the resignation Poor management Terrible company to join as a lateral as they don't have much project.

Everything, not really a good place to work, disregard for personal life, extended working hours, mismanagement by managers and management teams, HR policirs not good , leave policies pathetic., unprofessional environment created by greedy unqualified low level thinking managers. No greatness in this company.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .
