Management is good. Employee centric company policies. Job security is good if you have proved yourself in current role (not necessarily at high end).

Dislikes

Hike given to senior is very very less compared to below 8 year exp. employee. I know seniors already have thier package at higher side, but, if 5 yr exp person is getting 110% hike then 12 years exp person in same project (working at least 5 times more) should get at least 20%.

Everything like 1. Projects and pathetic work in it 2. Toxic, incompetent, unaware, workaholic, boot leaking Managers 3. Most pathetic work force management team 4. No actual Project work based on employee's skillet 5. One sided policies 6. Buggy internal portal 7. No appraisal,hike, promotion, No rewards and recognition of your talent 8. Employees are like Orphans here, nobody cares about them 9. No Employee engagement or team level activities, No Family day or Annual day celebrations 10. Poor work life balance

Salary happens on fixed date.

Dislikes

Working on shifts were not mentioned on interview. New joiners don't get option to choose projects or shifts. Inter department shifting or promotion is difficult. No work life balance. Encourage to hustle and pick up call 24*7 and 365 days. Layoffs and no recognition.

... new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

There is no hike, you Winll not get the arrears. You have to fill the apprisel form and do other activity but you have been paid the same amount on which you hired atleast for two to three years.
