As one and half year experience in technical field as a mechanical engineer working for aerospace and defense sector i would say it is overall average experience only good thing about work is able to gain

...e balance u have to struggle to reach home at least 3-4 days in a week on time And the knowledge gain and tool experience is limited poor salary and career growth is slow lots of office political negativities good to gain experience and move on

The best part of working at Accenture is the company culture and its policies. Everybody around will help you in the best way possible so that you feel satisfied with the work you are getting and you provide your best input.

...ld have left negative reviews but i can assure that would be like 1 in 10000. The only drawback i feel sometime is the Variable component in compensation. However that can be managed easily if you are performing well at your job.

They provide good amount of trainings and certifications, their book portal you can find thousands of e books from good authors are available

...cessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Salary is par with standards, however don't trust the variable pay. You might not even receive 20 or 30 percent variable pay. Apart from salary everything is way below par of market. Horrible place to work

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.
