...s and then forget about the current employees who helped to achieve the success. People who are working from a long time won't get much hikes/appraisals, but rather they pay x3 times to an outsider who is joining newly. That doesn't make sense.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.

LTIMindtree give liberty in all areas to the employees. It gives freedom to employees. As an employee i am enjoying each and every day.

Promotion pattern and pay scale thing needs to be more efficient.

Such a worst organisation I have ever worked with. They don’t value employees and don’t pay salary hikes. Work culture is literally and the management is so mean they just take their own advantage in higher level and for the employees they look them as majdoor

...ter. This company might be a trap for you. Think before joining this company. I only got salary on time. Apart from that nothing. Project training was okayish.

A lot. 1. They keep boasting that they have Microsoft projects. In reality, they are nothing but 24 * 7 call center BPO jobs without any real technical knowledge. 2. The management is worst to the core. No work life balance. they don't even have a proper SOP. I am again saying, if you want to witness hell, you can join this project. 7 people already left my team in a span of 4 months. 3. No personal growth. Manager just wants us to satisfy customers in the call. He doesn't care about your technical experience. 4. Frustated customers come daily and keep abusing us for bugs and glitches. I could not sleep properly at nights. Sometimes, I have got suicidal thoughts at night. 5. If there would be an option to give reviews in minus, I may rate it to -5. All in all, get out ( if you have watched the Hollywood movie "Get Out".
