Poor Management. I'm hired for an assignment, but after joining I was told went are sharing your profile with other clients. I got into a worst client with legacy technologies who already had 7 other vendors. There are good projects as well. Depends on where you are landed. Worst management

The work-life balance at the company is decent, but there is still some room for improvement. In current circumstances, job security is crucial, and LTIMindtree does a great job of providing that stability.

1) Ontime salary 2)cabs support who are working for microsoft projects 3)lunch or dinner will be provided free if you are working in shifts

Dislikes

1)salary hike became worst after merger 2)those who got promoted after working for 2 years in billable project got 7.5 percent increament in thier salary which is not at all acceptable at any day 3)only microsoft customer support projects which is not usefull for your technical experience at all 4) finally after merger company name and fame is gone now it's as normal typical Indian MNC company no different to it's competitors
