LTIMindtree give liberty in all areas to the employees. It gives freedom to employees. As an employee i am enjoying each and every day.

Promotion pattern and pay scale thing needs to be more efficient.

Job Security, work life balance are two main factors to stay long at this organization which takes a big headache out of our mind. Next thing is the learning opportunities, which are immense and one can easily switch from one field/technology/Domain to another. And forgot, mentorship is good and the support from the seniors is good as well.

Dislikes

The salary growth and bonus is the only weak point. It's actually not that bad, but when the organization is competing with Big4, it lacks in the finance section.

The have good work life balance , Learning opportunities are enormous to grow and learn

They don't have good bench policy and appraisals is not that great. Many received unexpected or no hike even being a star performer or promoted.

...tech, I was relieved and still feel proud and happy about my decision to switch. While working for any Company, every employee seeks for good pay, timely recognition and personal-professional life work balance and I can confidently tick all these as "yes" for LTIMindtree.

Everyone has to suffer from bumpy roads but considering the Company we are working for that bumpy suffering is a learning.
