Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

...f issues, you have to run around to get it resolved due to complex processes. 2. Salary and benefits need to be improved for sure 3. Our talent should be retained as far as possible. Many employees are leaving the organization which is not a good sign.
