...s and then forget about the current employees who helped to achieve the success. People who are working from a long time won't get much hikes/appraisals, but rather they pay x3 times to an outsider who is joining newly. That doesn't make sense.

Very things is worst No Salary increment Appraisals not as expected. Experienced engineers are not treated and valued as experience in terms of package. Workload is worst. No life balance

...ls, the average increase is just 0-2 percent, so there's little room for growth. Promotions are handled internally, without any corresponding salary hike or change in salary grade or designation. Instead, employees receive a simple email from management stating that they will be taking on a new role, such as a Technical Advisor. If you are a fresher or a developer and receive an offer from LTIMindtree for the Microsoft CSS Technical Support project, I would strongly advise against joining this organization.

This is good for freshers to start but as soon as the contract gets over, plan to switch immediately. Many good people but some are really disgusting managers there.

...r for me which really made me frustrated enough to give up on entire industry. Salary hikes & Bonus policies are really disgusting (perhaps it's with most of Indian MNCs). Consider it now literally a pvt ltd.

The field in which I'm currently working cloud and infrastructure services. The training process and knowledge transfer sessions helped me a lot.
