BE CAREFUL ONE HELPING ADVICE TO ALL- DO NOT CHANGE YOUR JOB IF YOU ARE WORKING IN A GOOD COMPANY. DO NOT THINK LODHA NO 1 DEVELOPER !!!!! FOR ENGINEERS, LODHA IS A CONTRACTOR COMPANY WITHOUT A SYSTEM. No system in work, no work-life balance. They will provide you with leave but give you lots of work, and you will not get your holiday. Even at the site office HR rules, they will not provide you water at your desk. 4-5 EMPLOYEES WORK THEY WILL TELL YOU DO ON YOUR SELF. THEY WANT ONLY PROGRESS IN WORK, WHATEVER YOU CAN DO, AND NEED TO SELL THEIR FLAT ASAP. THAT IT.
