Poor Salary and Promotions compared to market. Favourism. Nothing new to do, they are doing the same work that service based MNC do, you do not get opportunity to work on the product. Entire company is being run my one man who takes decision on everything. No ask of HR in appraisal, promotions and work environment. They do not help you.

The work culture is great. We get chances to visit other countries to attend the Sales and Marketing Summits yearly.

Dislikes

Salary is very less as compared to the market standard, commission is paid very little like penny, appraisals are given based on how strong the Manager is and he can fight for a 2 digit appraisal. Otherwise it is given in single digit as per global orders.

Overall work culture is very positive. Micro management is not at all present if you are honest to your work and timeliness. Salaries credit are on time always.

Poor pay, so much politics, no work life balance. most of the time you have to work minimum 15 hours and in peak time it may be 20 hours. favoritism is there for some employee.
