Rather than complicating stuff, have short term plans: Evaluate your situation ever 3-4 years on the following parameters: 1. Are you learning anything new from the day-to-day work that you do? Is there enough scope for learning and development? 2. Is there recognition for your work that you do from your team? Are you feeling appreciated? 3. Are you being paid fairly? Good environment and friendly operators Easy to develop our knowledge. Totally we get new experience this company.

Very less salary. No benefits for working operators. Job gurantee is unstable. Sometimes we work in under pressure. Some of the mop's show a attitude and giving a pressure for trainee Operators.
