Waste of time there is no particular timing They only check log in time but they don’t want log out time Lalitha and mohan ceo of consultancy Ravi is a manager Lalitha is very rude lady she want only money not employees health condition and feelings Mohan listen lalitha words only Ravi is pet of lalitha like dog Ravi doesn’t know manager roles and responsibilities I have worked there as a onboarding spoc Resigned there later I got same building another job but lalitha wantedly removed from another company I hate lalitha and mohan we are know Ravi is like pet of lalitha Pls don’t join Launchio at any cost Begging is better than Launchio

They speak very offensively towards the candidates and employees Especially preethi and arma. They just have 4 or 5 employees working over there. They are freshers and they are hardly baring these people.

They don't candidates to hire. They behave very rudely and uses unprofessional language towards employees. They cheat the candidates by hiring them for 1 or 2 days and orders to work and then they remove them from the organization. They don't provide an offer letter after confirmation. If we ask, They remove us by blaming us. Absolutely not preferred as an organization.
