No Job security, Compensation is very less compared to market rate, No other benefits at all, Late night tasks and no weekly off. Need to work during weekends as well

Excellent HR management team creates a window for every associate at any level to reach out on every aspects, in my opinion strong Larvol pillar, Work culture, Learning scope, Expertise at every domain and Professionalism in delivering deliverables to clients

As an employee, we seek complete employment, instead of working as a contractor. And expect a fixed salary, instead of calculating based on the number of hours worked.

I have been working from last 3.5yrs. I like flexible timings, excellent work culture, respect and recognition of every persons opinion, many things to learn if you are eager to and everyone is so supportive either seniors or juniors
