I have been working from last 3.5yrs. I like flexible timings, excellent work culture, respect and recognition of every persons opinion, many things to learn if you are eager to and everyone is so supportive either seniors or juniors

Only average compensation, it is not as per market std.

Terrible no other words! Especially managers are so unprofessional. Bruno is a good person. Rest all including HR is so worse and incapable with no communication skills.

No values, Very low pay, worst company standards, no HR policy, politics and so many good employees leave.

The company has excellent working environment. Its much concerned about employees and gives proper work-life balance, flexibility and respect for all employees. Leadership team is always concerned about team's growth and development opportunities. Leave policies are in place. None of the outstanding work gets unrecognized. Very Organiszed company.

Compensation is decent but can be better compared to industry standards.

Virtual and Transparent, flexible timings but tight deadlines, Talented colleagues, NO internal team politics, Healthy environment

Dislikes

No Job security, Compensation is very less compared to market rate, No other benefits at all, Late night tasks and no weekly off. Need to work during weekends as well
