All depends on the project, working hours are too bad.. minimum 12 hours you have to work and if you are in third party then it will be your worst case, as for third party payment terms are very bad, salary time is not fixed sometimes you will receive it on 3rd or 4th and sometimes 10 or 12th. No allowance in third party pay role

It has a brand name.The salary is timely.The employee has a chance to come forward and put in their views.

Work life balance gets hampered due to unnecessary pressure.They are still following the old traditional rules.Need young minds who can put in their great business thoughts to power Excel the organisation to greater heights.

...will get benefits. If vital , you continue in same increasing is very difficult. So your salary also comparatively very low.

Appraisal system, Once you got vital, even if proved your results also getting good appraisal very difficult, so you will not get good salary. Huge difference.

Good place to work. Professional work culture. Opportunities are there to learn and grow for freshers as well as experienced. Management is good.

Less Salary as compared to other project companies. As it is core project construction based company, need to relocate at project site for 1-2 years as required. even you are in a non construction position. Work life balance challenges
