Only salary is on time. Work... Lots of. No specific work is defined, any type of work can be assigned to anyone.

No value for staff. Only they need work. During medical emergency, only insurance suggested. They are not taking care of their employees in difficult times.

...ession. Full professional atmosphere in offices and very supportive environment. Good perks with base salary and holiday home and Guest house facilities for outstation travel and holidaying with family. Great place to work .

Quite many steps of career growth with many years for all promotions to get some of company's covered benefits.Sometimes PPL switch jobs in between and loose on many benefits. It's a long journey out there to reach higher positions.

...hey are not given just saying anything and extending that discussion day by day. After appraisal also there will be difference in salary they are providing less salary. Manager also not resolving queries 3-4 months.
