Management made good system for work life balance. But your manager will see like u did crime if you ask for a leave... So many hidden things in salary... U have roam arround and beg your accountant to get your house rent.... You won't get placement if u prefer a location even though there is requirement...

everything is bad, my suggestion is please don't join,becasue there is no project, ****Bench policy is too bad** ****if you are not in the project then, automatically they moved it bench. ****after bench movement even your IS/program managers also did not give any reply reg:project allocation. finally, my suggestion is better to look other opportunity

Taking leave is too difficult, leaves are encashed after the year with basic salary only. Management not listening the ground level reality and complications of work and hinderances.

All depends on the project, working hours are too bad.. minimum 12 hours you have to work and if you are in third party then it will be your worst case, as for third party payment terms are very bad, salary time is not fixed sometimes you will receive it on 3rd or 4th and sometimes 10 or 12th. No allowance in third party pay role
