On time salary and job security

Dislikes

Regionalism on peak support tamilians only openly. If you are non tamil you cannot grow in this company. No promotion or increment till the time you stay with this company. You have to settle with the salary and designation at the time of joining only. Work life balance is very poor, no overtime and you have to work 14 hours daily and some days you have to work 18 hours also. Very pathetic condition for the staff working at site.

Here rating system is too bad.. everything training,salary,bonus all are depends on rating. Huge salry difference between same experience people ,even juniors getting lot more salary than seniors as per rating, that only demotivate people.

...hey are not given just saying anything and extending that discussion day by day. After appraisal also there will be difference in salary they are providing less salary. Manager also not resolving queries 3-4 months.
