No leadership role. No perfect trainings. State head remains always in ego and has nothing to add up in system or employee to increase the potential. No mentorship, no accountability and RH also remains in cave until there is kick from central team.

working in l&t sufin like frustration, you not only have sales targets but also you responsible for searching requirment for your customers if you taking subscription, no online enquiry concepts, loan and finance target, logistics, onboarding, catalogue, transection of buyer seller targets, total banking culture beacuse all the senior managements are belongs from banking and finance sectors, no appraisal 2-3% increment only they give you 500 rs increment after year

...vironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is selfish. Company policy are good, appraisal are very poor and they didn't give any salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and career are not available.

I seems that nothing is to dislike. We can manage every difficulty with our confident and skills. So all is well.

Lnt is the best company till now in construction field, it provide good salary, promotion & have job security.

Dislikes

Working hours is not fixed, have to work on weekends also, some corporate politics is there.
