nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

no hike more than 5 % no promotion not being recognized , also not rewarded Not a good org for financial growth no Good annual bonus Manager diriven company , Hence always have butter him else life will be in trouble no individuality

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.

Kyndryl mostly engages in the overall development of business with the parallel growth for employee and I think that contributes more to the job security tag. It turned out to be a competing company in aver short span.

Dislikes

...ent, needs to come up with engaging more between the managers and the reportees. Plus the employees reward programs and salary revisions should include company profit shares as well which is NOT the case at the moment. And NO festival benefits as well which kind of takes a grater chunk off from job satisfaction.
