If you have not been hired directly in project you will have to struggle for a project assignment.

good work life balance. The company is happy when the work is done by you on time. You get access to a lot of learning content in cloud as the company has partnership with major cloud providers like Azure, AWS, google. I would say this is an ideal company to work for long term basis.

Salary is not competitive for people who are here for too long

nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

no hike more than 5 % no promotion not being recognized , also not rewarded Not a good org for financial growth no Good annual bonus Manager diriven company , Hence always have butter him else life will be in trouble no individuality

You can have worklife balance perfectly here. Skill development is an individual thing where you can choose to improve or not but number of trainings are given, if needed.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.
