nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

no hike more than 5 % no promotion not being recognized , also not rewarded Not a good org for financial growth no Good annual bonus Manager diriven company , Hence always have butter him else life will be in trouble no individuality

...t hesitate to call and bother you even during your day off's to get things done. They pay you for 9 hours but expect you to work more than that everyday.

All your hikes depends completely on your manager. Hike is not upto the mark. Needs to improve the compensation to match the industry standard
